Northern Gila County Fair and B.U.C.K.L.E. Festival 2026

Get ready for three unforgettable days of western heritage, hometown traditions, rodeo action, live entertainment, and family fun at the 72nd Annual Northern Gila County Fair & B.U.C.K.L.E. Festival, happening October 1–3, 2026, in Payson, Arizona!
Celebrating “Growing Traditions Since 1955,” this year's fair brings together everything we love about Rim Country — agriculture, livestock, community, western culture, and plenty of action.
The B.U.C.K.L.E. Festival brings even more excitement to the fair:
B – Bull Riding
U – Unity
C – Culture
K – Kids Rodeo
L – Live Entertainment
E – Experience
Throughout the three-day celebration, enjoy professional bull riding, ranch rodeo, barrel racing, goat roping, mutton bustin', livestock shows, the Junior Livestock Auction, live music, kids' activities, mini-carnival rides, educational exhibits, vendors, food, and entertainment for the whole family.
Don't miss our Opening Ceremony – Hailing Our Heroes on Thursday evening as we honor the people, veterans, organizations, and hometown heroes who have helped shape Northern Gila County.
The celebration continues with the Arizona State Champion Fiddle Festival, traditional fair exhibits showcasing the talents of our community, and exciting live entertainment throughout the weekend.
Whether you're coming for the bull riding, supporting our local youth and livestock exhibitors, enjoying the music, exploring the exhibits, or simply making memories with your family, there's truly something for everyone.
